LaShon White-Menefee

LaShon White-Menefee, B.S., started with the Bessemer Cut Off Children’s Advocacy Center (BCAC) in May 2017 as Executive Director. The BCAC provides hope, healing and justice to victims of child maltreatment. In addition to her commitment to human rights, social justice and her desire to effect change, LaShon brings with her more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and is well-versed in developing, coordinating, and administering public affairs/communications programs that inform the community-at-large of available services, resources, and programs that work to make life better for ALL human beings.
